ATTORNEY DAN RIEGLEMAN
EDUCATION
Attorney Riegleman graduated from Wisconsin Law School in 1985. He received his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1981 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He was a member of the Army and attended the U.S. Military Academy of West Point. Attorney Riegleman graduated from high school in EastTroy, Wisconsin in 1977.
PRACTICE
Following law school, Attorney Riegleman worked as an associate attorney with three Wisconsin law firms. Relying upon that valued experience, he established this law firm in 1996 after practicing in Sussex on a part-time basis beginning in 1991. He provides assistance to clientele in a broad variety of legal matters; with particular emphasis in the areas of personal injury, estate planning and probate. Attorney Riegleman continues his trial practice and frequently appears in court on injury cases, and business disputes. He has been affiliated with the State and County Bar organizations, and both the National and State Trial Lawyers’ Associations.
ADDITIONAL UNIQUE PRACTICE AREA
Given his extensive experience with injury clients and familiarity with the chiropractic profession, Attorney Riegleman added special services for chiropractors and their patients to his practice in 1998. He began issuing a newsletter, called “Chiropractic Law,” which focuses on those legal issues affecting chiropractors and their patients. In 2009, the newsletter evolved into an innovative website for chiropractors found at www.chiropracticlaw.com. Given his involvement with this profession, Dan has served on the Board of Directors of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin, one of the two state organizations for chiropractors. He has also been listed for many years with the country’s largest chiropractic malpractice insurer as one of only several attorneys in Wisconsin qualified to represent doctors in litigation related matters. Given his experience with chiropractic matters, Attorney Riegleman has frequently spoken at chiropractic events and stays involved with legal and organizational issues affecting Wisconsin chiropractors.
PERSONAL
Attorney Riegleman is most pleased with the blessings of his faith and joys of his family life. He is married to Lori and has two children and two stepchildren. “He is proud of his “small town” Wisconsin roots and has two brothers who are chiropractors whose offices are located in nearby communities. When time exists, he enjoys biking, hiking, skiing and travel.
